Hydraulic Directional Control valves    Hydraulic Control Systems and Actuators    Chemical Injection Throttle valves

Standard CTV

Unique features:
  • A flow ratio up to 100:1 will ensure adequate injection capacity with differential pressure typically between 60 and 200 bar
  • Contamination tolerant design with large flow openings - can handle fluid contamination up to SAE AS4059 Class 12B-F
  • Low power consumption and no movable parts for steady state conditions
  • No sudden pressure drop. Differential pressure (DP) created over a long thin ”pipe” and not over a sharp edge prevents erosion and cavitation
  • Integrated self cleaning feature with built in mechanical scraper ensures minimum risk of clogging
  • Tolerant to reverse pressure conditions and pressure transients
  • Integrated flow and absolute pressure sensors for accurate and repeatable flow control
  • Integrated electrical controller unit for remote adjustment and control of flowrate
  • Simple 4-wire communication and power interface
  • Mechanical end stop function
  • Simple, field proven and rugged technology with over 300 subsea installations

Rotator´s CTVs have been in service since 1995, distributing chemicals to subsea wells on a variety of oil and gas fields across the world.

Our CTVs have a reputation for high quality, excellent performance and reliability. Products are designed for water depths in excess of 4000 meters and to save costs by precise dosage of chemicals – also by single line subsea distributed chemical injection.
