VisCom®CTV - for improved performance of injection og chemical fluids into subsea production lines. The viscosity of fluids can vary from batch to batch of chemicals. Physical properties for these chemicals are not well known at actual operating conditions. The VisCom®CTV, can compensate for the actual fluid viscosity and thus greatly improve the accuracy of the flow. The VisCom®CTV is equipped with three absolute pressure sensors for measurement of pressure drop across two fixed restrictors. The principle of the VisCom®CTV is to compare the pressure drop across these two restrictors. Flow rate are calculated and compensated for the actual viscosity.
